♡ General stuff.
♡ The commissioner accepts all Terms and Conditions.
♡ DON'T copy, trace or repost my art, they can't be used for NFT/AI either.
♡ Paper settings are 3000x3000 px and 300 dpi.
♡ If you break the agreement you will no longer have the right of the art I made.
♡ I can decline your request if I don't feel comfortable working on it.

♡ Payment.
♡ Payment is made within 48 hours.
♡ Every work is paid full cost.

♡ Changes.
♡ You can ask for any changes during the creation of the sketch up to 5 changes, depending on the complexity I might take more time.
♡ Any changes after that will be asked an additional cost of 5 USD.
♡ You can't ask for any changes on the pose after it has been approved.
♡ Any big changes after the approval will have extra cost depending on the complexity of the change.
♡ I will provide a WIP during the coloring phase so you can decide if the colors are correct, those changes won't have an additional charge.
♡ If you don't answer within 3 days it will be considered as approved.

♡ Deadlines and delivery.
♡ I typically take between 1-2 weeks, a month depending on the complexity of the commission.
♡ I'll deliver the png files through Discord or Google Drive.
♡ If there are no replies within a week I have the right to send updates as final delivery and there will be no refunds.

♡ Uses.
♡ Personal use only, if you want it for commercial use it has to be talked individually and I'll charge 100% of total cost.
♡ Personal use means it won't generate the commissioner any kind of profit.
♡ You can repost the commission with credits.

♡ Intellectual rights.
♡ I have the right to use all commission as reference for future projects.
♡ You can't use my work for AI or NFTs.
♡ Always give credits to me as the artist (@sunnydustart)

♡ You can ask for refunds only before I have started the sketch phase for any reasons you may find.
♡ If I feel uncomfortable with the commission or any other reason a refund will be discussed depending on the phase of the artwork if this got to happen.
